The Opportunity:

Are you looking to gain experience on heavy mobile equipment with an OEM?

We are looking for a HD Fitter to join our workshop team in Welshpool with leadership capability to be the second in charge as part of this role.

You’ll support the leading hand and to step up cover as required.

You’ll provide day-to-day leadership across workshop operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to Komatsu standards.

Working on our impressive machinery, you’ll ensure a high quality of work to build and test a wide variety of mobile machines in our PDI department.

This will include base assembly, fitment of customer specified local options and performance testing of machinery

Roster: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: $48.15 per hour + overtime rates

Role Located: Welshpool

What we are looking for:

• Cert lll Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent


• Full “C” Class Drivers Licence


• Current EWP and Working at heights desirable


• Demonstrated experience in a leading hand or second in charge capacity


• Ability to complete full pre-employment medical check as well as random drug testing


• Certificate IV in Leadership and Management - desirable
