Technology Operations Specialist, Melbourne Cricket Ground

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Technology Operations Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all technology-related software and hardware, including the point-of-sale system, desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, switches, email, and applications. • Provide technical support and administration including training, reporting, documenting, and access 
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when  
• Serve as the administrator of the point-of-sale system  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience 
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring all systems are secure and functioning optimally to support business operations 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field 
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry preferred 
• Relevant experience in point-of-sale with experience in Agilysys InfoGenesis preferred 
• Experience in a level 2 position within IT with a background in technical support  
• Developed stakeholder management skills with a strong service focus  

Remuneration on offer $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation.
