Based at our HQ in Eagle Farm Brisbane, we are seeking a Technology Service Specialist on a full-time basis.

Reporting into the Technology Service Manager , the Technology Service Specialist will play an integral role ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction by providing technical support to the wider business across multiple platforms, including windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365. This role requires the resolution of service tickets, effective management of both onsite and remote systems, and proactive upgrades and maintenance.

This position requires the candidate to be fluent in English and Mandarin to support our business across Australia and China.


Major areas of responsibility will include:

  • Delivering responsive technical assistance across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Microsoft 365 platforms to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Executing routine IT operations and maintain system integrity and security for both onsite and remote setups.
  • Proactively enhance and upgrade systems and applications, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments to improve performance and usability.
  • Maintaining and delivering comprehensive training programs designed to accelerate the onboarding process and increase proficiency with MS Teams and other business technologies.
  • Ensuring expert IT support during upgrades to minimise business disruption and support seamless transitions.
  • Continually refine IT policies and procedures to align with evolving business demands and technology landscapes.

About you:

  • Must have 3 years' experience in IT support or technology service delivery roles
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in both verbal and written communication is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, identity management and MDM platforms
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with POS systems or related equipment in retail is advantageous
  • Must have Australian Working Rights
