Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in connecting with organizations of all sizes and industries. You’ll research, source, and engage with potential customers, helping them discover how our solutions can transform their business. This is a dynamic, phone and internet-based role—perfect for those who are comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and listening to understand client needs. 

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values diverse perspectives and encourages everyone to contribute ideas. We believe great results come from working together and helping each other succeed.

In this role, you will: 

  • Take initiative and work towards exceeding targets and KPIs daily, with the support of experienced mentors and a close-knit team.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective leads, engaging via phone (including cold calling), email, and social media with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives. 
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Account Executive teams to execute campaigns and build a high-quality pipeline. 
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development, with opportunities to grow your skills and career. 
  • Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, and determine customer requirements. 
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of the full capabilities of NetSuite’s solutions. 
  • Work on ad hoc projects for various departments, gaining broad exposure. 
  • Embrace a growth mindset, completing ongoing training and development.

 

What You’ll Need 

This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or those with less than 3 years’ work experience who are passionate about building a career in software sales. We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds and encourage those who value teamwork, growth, and making a difference to apply. 

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or technology (internships or part-time roles highly regarded). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong motivation for a career in software sales.
