Seeking an experienced temporary Executive Assistant for a 1 month contract for one of our major clients in Oil & Gas.

Must be available June 14th - July 17th

The role:

Provide executive support to VP
Manage VP calendar to reflect key priorities for the business
Coordinate internal & external meetings
Engage with stakeholders on behalf of VP
Organise and maintain confidential information
Support with travel bookings, arrangement of invoice payments & coordination logistics
