Accountabilities include:
• Provide strategic and tactical advice on stakeholder engagement needs and issues to the Information Management Program Leadership Team and other stakeholders to ensure change is managed with a whole-of-Government and whole of-TMR approach and an integrated focus.
• Lead different work packages to ensure change management principles are applied with repeatable processes documented and refined with each iteration. Adopting an agile approach to how we manage change.
• Identify, monitor and minimise risks and issues that may impact on the successful management of change for the Program.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including internal and external Media and Communication Teams and ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement, including developing appropriate engagement plans.
• Work closely with the IM Program Change Specialists to develop overarching change and communication strategies, plans and playbooks to successfully embed new product and digital delivery models with TMR and its customers.
• Provide strategic advice and expertise on risk assessment, issues management, communication strategies within the department, and on improving relationships with key stakeholders.
• Review and comment on communication material, executive correspondence and consultation plans for major and/or sensitive matters to assist in identifying issues and risks, developing appropriate strategies to address them, and to improve relationships with the program stakeholders.
• Provide a high level of program management and leadership skills to deliver high quality stakeholder engagement, within deadlines in in a highly dynamic work environment.
• Actively support and contribute to staff development across the IMP Change and Adoption team.
• Undertake the role in accordance with the requirements of s26(1) of the Public Service Act 2008 and at all times ensure that the principles as found in the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service are upheld in the carrying out of all duties.
