Working on a remote portfolio for a well-known residential brand in Australia. They pride themselves on their culture and are constantly winning awards for service excellence and success in the industry. The company's co-living model creates affordable micro-homes under one residential roof.

About the Role

Do you thrive on building connections and resolving challenges with empathy?

Working remotely, you will be managing a portfolio primarily located in in Perth's southern suburbs, making a meaningful impact on shared living experiences.

The Duties

• Managing 40-60 houses, 5-6 people in each house
• Full support from a VA 
• Conduct Routines, maintenance, lease renewals, viewings 
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Handle all correspondence between the company and your owners/tenants
• Part-time role – 20 -25 hours per week with a view to full-time when the portfolio grows

Skills & Experience

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• Valid Property Management Registration
• Experience with Property Management Software; Property Me
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Must have a license
