The new model unlocks greater value for our customers, accelerates our competitive advantage in the field of advanced technologies, builds on our fundamental manufacturing strengths, and more importantly empowers our people to lead and deliver solutions.\n\nWe are looking for someone to join us and become an integral part of a close working, high performing Aftermarket \u0026 Customer Support team.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nAs the Territory Customer Support Manager, you will focus on developing dealers\u2019 product support capability, influencing dealer management, establishing business plans and follow up, assisting with execution as required while holding dealers accountable for achieving agreed goals.\n\nYou will:\n\n * Drive product and performance issue resolution by developing dealer\u2019s technical and customer support capability.\n * Utilise company tools, pre-empt and resolve technical and or parts issues impacting machine uptime and performance and the customer experience.\n * Collaborate with local, in country, and global product support teams, providing technical and situational application information to assist in the resolution of product technical or performance issues.\n * Execute and uphold various company policies relative to warranty and other reimbursement functions.\n * Manage implementation of Centralised and Connected Support strategy with dealer leadership support.\n * Actively participate in and support other company employees within the same territory to enable the execution and achievement of the company goals.\n * Drive dealer management to establish learning paths for key Customer Support roles within the dealership, utilising various KPI\u2019s to manage training participation and class enrolment and managing Centralised Dealer Instructor Program execution\n\n\n\n## About you:\n\nYou hold a degree in Engineering or an Agricultural Technology discipline or bring equivalent experience. You are an energetic self-starter that takes pride in their work and their working environment. You are passionate about the opportunity to make meaningful impact. You bring a strong combination of technical capability, people skills and practical experiences, including the following technical skills, attributes and experience:\n\n * Extensive experience in field of agriculture with knowledge of products, customers, markets and competitors\n * Knowledge of dealer product support functions\n * Proven experience resolving complex technical and performance related issues\n * High degree of technical experience\n * Skill in interpersonal communications, conflict resolution and attention for detail\n * Advanced people management and negotiation skills\n * The ability to influence without authority\n * John Deere product and system experience (desirable)\n * Project management experience\n * A proactive mindset- willing to take initiative \u2013 jump on challenges and embrace the new and unknown\n\n\n\nWhat you\u2019ll get in return\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
