We are looking for an ambitious Territory Manager/ Sales Representative to join our experienced team at Koch & Co in Sydney NSW.

Koch & Co. is a leading Florist Supplies and Home & Event Decoration wholesaler. We have operated since 1931 and are recognised for having the broadest and most inviting range of products available to numerous markets.

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager/ Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of established customers, (No cold calling). As part of our on road sales team, your portfolio will have customers from varied industries, however the main focus will be the Florist industry. 

Training and support is provided.

Key strengths required to succeed: 
-Strong understanding of relationship selling
-Service orientated
-Ability to use an analytical and strategic approach to achieve targets 
-Strong planning skills
 

Your role is supported with a strong marketing and product focus, through a committed team of professionals. We are very proactive and innovative in how we engage and promote to our customers. We also pride ourselves on a strong customer service ideology.

This role will require you to travel regionally as part of your call cycle and may require you to stay away upto 4 nights.
 

Role & Responsibilities:

-Strong customer focus.
-Maintain and grow sales within an existing customer base.
-Create efficient coverage plans.
-Introduce innovative stock replenishment systems to your customer base.
-Gaining a knowledge of your customers business to help position opportunity.
-Grow the number of customers which order from Koch & Co. every month
-Build and grow customer relationships to leverage repeat business
 

The successful candidate will:
-Have good computer and numerical skills
-Be a committed professional who can work autonomously
-Understand how to effectively cover your territory
-Understands time management to achieve results
-Energetic & Dynamic
-Conduct themselves honestly.
-Target focused

REWARDS
A generous base in line with experience and the role.
Commission structure of $15k on target earnings. Superannuation. A company car or car allowance, phone and iPad are provided.
