About the role

Ready to hit the road, build meaningful relationships and help grow some of Australia’s most trusted animal nutrition brands?

As our Territory Sales Manager, you’ll represent CopRice, Pryde’s EasiFeed and SavourLife, bringing these brands to life across a passionate and highly connected rural customer base.

You’ll be immersed in one of the most community‑driven channels in the country: the Regional Retail Channel, supporting over 2,000 independently owned ag retail stores. These stores are the heart of their local communities - and you’ll be right there with them as a familiar face and trusted partner to store teams, regional customers and end‑users.

Spanning a diverse territory across Western Victoria, from the Hume Highway through to the northern border and Mildura, as well as Adelaide city, you’ll be the go-to for our rural and ag retail partners. You’ll grow brand presence, deliver in‑store activations, share our product stories, and ensure promotions truly land. Simply put, you’re the connector - strengthening relationships, expanding our range, and energising stores with the latest products, deals and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture relationships: Expand our footprint with existing customers while seeking out opportunities for new business across the region.


• Bring our brands to life: Execute engaging in‑store activations, install POS, champion promotional activity, and amplify the stories behind Pryde’s EasiFeed, CopRice and SavourLife.


• Grow our range: Identify opportunities to introduce new products, expand distribution and increase the range of products available through rural and agricultural retailers.


• Be the product storyteller: Communicate product features and benefits in a practical, engaging way that connects with rural retailers, store teams and end users.


• Own your territory: Plan and manage an effective customer call cycle across a broad geographic area, using your time well and maintaining accurate reporting.


• Event superstar: Represent our brands at trade stands, community events, and education nights.

About You

You're someone who thrives in a people‑focused, energetic field role and enjoys the challenge of managing a large territory. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that loves what they do and brings passion and positivity to every interaction.

• Sales experience in ag retail, animal feed, or similar customer‑focused environments.


• Confidence across animal categories, particularly when selling equine and dog-related feed products. Knowledge of animal nutrition, particularly equine will be part of your recipe for success but a willingness to learn is just as important.


• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence, connect and communicate with ease across the rural market.


• A commercial mindset for identifying opportunities and translating them into results.


• A hands-on approach to displays, promotions, point-of-sale execution and new product activity


• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
