Within Australia they are committing significant investment into growth and development, resulting in an opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager, NSW.

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, specific responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing relationships across the independent retailer network, improving results through the development of tailored solutions, training and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Monitoring performance and progress through a variety of reporting tools, then making data-driven decisions in line with opportunities, new product development and the customer landscape.
• Attending tradeshows and industry-related events, to showcase products and services, network with industry professionals, and stay current with the latest trends and innovations.

Your profile

The successful applicant will have a background in managing a significant geographical territory with a structured and data-driven mindset, with professional experience gained in sales from areas such as FMCG. You will be a strong planner, able to meet sales targets through building lasting relationships, and prepared to travel for 2 weeks in every quarter.
