Job Description - Territory Sales Manager - Pharmacy


•    Eastern Suburbs, Shire Region and South Coast NSW | Permanent 
•    Package includes fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and tablet.

A day in the life…



Your key responsibilities will include:


 



  • Own and execute your territory plan to deliver strong sales results.

  • Build strong customer partnerships.

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities

  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals and reports.

  • Drive sales growth by maximising in-store visibility, distribution, and execution.


 


Travel Requirements



You will regularly visit customers and stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.


 



  • Regional travel, including NSW South Coast, with minimum 3 to 5-night stays once a month

  • Attendance at conferences and sales meetings

  • Experience in field sales, pharmacy, or retail (FMCG ideal)

  • Proven success in delivering strong sales results

  • The confidence to influence and build relationships

  • Strong commercial mindset

  • Self-driven and organised

  • An energetic, customer-first approach with a genuine passion for sales

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI (beneficial)

  • A valid Full Driver’s License
