Test Analyst | 12 Month Contract | Up to $116 p/h incl. Super - $105 p/h + Super
- 12 Month Contract + potential 12 month extension
- Canberra / WFH 3/5 days on site
About the Role The Test Analyst role operates within a major transformation program focused on establishing whole ICT capability. The Test Analyst will design, document and execute the test cases for the program to ensure the quality assurance process.
Key accountabilities include: - Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles for the analysis, preparation and execution of tests
- Developing test plans, strategies, test scripts, scenarios and use cases
- Testing of REST Services and web applications
- Perform Web services/xml services testing
- Writing, reviewing and executing manual and automated Test cases using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience in Network testing desirable
About You - ISTQB Certification in Software testing
- Minimum 5+ years of experience especially in Agile methodologies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience of testing within highly integrated environments and writing SQL queries to maintain/verify testing activities
- Experience utilising tools such as Azure DevOps for test planning, execution and defect management in an integrated environment
- Experience with Agile Software Development
