Test Automation Lead / Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

Our client, a large Sydney CBD based banking client, is looking for a Test Automation Lead with expertise in Python.

About the role

• Responsible for designing and executing automated testing frameworks
• Perform functional, regression, performance, security and UAT testing
• Create test plans and test scripts
• Lead the testing activities
• Work closely with development team
• Mentor junior team members

Skills and experience

• 10+ years' experience in automation testing
• Proven experience as a lead or manager
• Experience with one or more Automation testing tools such as Cucumber, Testsigma, Cypress, Postman, Azure Data factory, Jmeter, Playwright and/or Selenium
• Expertise in creating test scripts and modules in Python and other scripting languages like Bash/Java/SQL
• Experience in documenting detailed test reports using tools like JIRA, TestRail or Xray
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
