Location: Sydney preferred, Melbourne or Brisbane (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, technical Test Lead to join a major transformation program. The initiative involves migrating all products in Claims and Customer Support from on-premises to the cloud, with AI implementation as a significant component. Discovery work is currently underway to identify where AI can be deployed within the program.
Key Responsibilities

• Work at program level, reporting to the Program Test Manager.
• Lead and execute functional and automation testing activities.
• Contribute to test management tasks alongside hands-on testing.
• Engage with stakeholders across the program to ensure quality delivery.
• Support migration from on-premises to cloud environments.

Requirements

• Technical expertise with strong hands-on testing experience.
• Automation testing skills - ability to automate and migrate testing processes.
• Experience with Playwright (primary automation tool used in-house).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Appetite for AI technologies; prior experience in AI transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Insurance domain experience is essential (Claims experience preferred).
• Ability to contribute to management-level discussions while remaining hands-on.
