The Opportunity: We’re currently recruiting an exceptional opportunity for a talented Test Lead/Manager to join this insurance FinTech. With a growing suite of market leading products, the business has very large scale expansion plans within Australia.
The Role:
This is a hands-on stand-alone role, and you will be responsible for the functional business testing of software that has already undergone technical testing by the build team.
You will act as a source of expertise and leadership on testing, as well as defining, documenting and undertaking all facets of testing required for new software projects.
Given this is a stand-alone role it is suited to an experienced Test Lead looking to attain a Manager title, or perhaps an existing test Manager looking to step back into a hands on role.

Key Qualities and Experience Sought:
- Extensive hands on SDLC testing experience
- The ability to define, plan, and execute testing strategy
- Strong test governance and test completion reporting skills
