Test Manager skills:

Excellent communication /Negotiations skills

Stakeholders Management skills

Integration Test Management(Networks and OSS)

OSS (activation , service fulfilment and assurance) experience

ISTQB Certifications(preferred)

Test tools skills: IXIA, HPQC

Defect Management

Configuration Management processes

Testing documentation: Master Test plan, Test Schedule, Test Summary Report etc.

Technical Skill / Knowledge requirements:

Enterprise Network Security

Desktop Environment (Windows,MAC, Linux etc..)

Skills

Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine ) platform

Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 switch Skills

Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) platform

SDN/NFV

Cisco NAC (Network Access

Mandate/Must skills required:

Option 1: Experience in L2/L3 protocols, Cisco devices and switches, Security

Option 2: Testing experience in DHCP, TR069 and AAA.Experience in Datacom domain
