We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Test Manager with expertise in the hospitality industry to oversee testing efforts for key applications, including Opera PMS, Symphony POS, and Accounts Receivable systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing test teams, and ensuring seamless end-to-end testing across various hospitality platforms and financial systems.

As a Hospitality Test Manager, you will lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for hospitality solutions like Opera and Symphony. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements across modules such as Accounts Receivable, POS, and PMS. Your role involves managing test teams, developing test cases, ensuring smooth UAT cycles, and maintaining defect management processes while continuously improving testing standards and practices within the hospitality domain.

• Strong experience working as a Test Manager with domain expertise in Hospitality systems (Opera PMS, Symphony POS, Accounts Receivable).
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end testing for financial integrations, POS, and PMS.
• Expertise in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, TestRail, and similar.
