Test - People Officer

Assist Managers with People forms and processes

Management of Intranet, People (uploading required forms, agreements and so on), assist L&D and Payroll with management of their intranet sites

Draft correspondence (letters of confirmation of work etc) Coordinate and update of Organisation Charts for internal intranet

Maintain the suite of People related files, including personnel files

Support People EGM when required

Support the Succession Planning process as required

General administration task when and where required

Prepare all employee life cycle change letters as required

Maintain the creation, editing and closure of positions in SuccessFactors

Execute the process-to-process new hire records, updates to existing employee records and the termination of employee records in SuccessFactors

Liaise with Payroll to ensure the setup of new starters/ transfers on the CHRIS
system is accurately processed for all staff

Assist with People activities in relation to projects requiring People support as required.

Prepare letters of offer for all Holcim Candidates

Review letters of offer/ transfer/ promotion/ salary changes from other People Central Team members for accuracy

Where required, liaise with Payroll to ensure required forms completed for new starters and transfers for Exco direct reports

Assist in the arrangement of Pre-Employment medicals and probity checks where required
