Your new role

As a Test & Tag Field Technician, you'll operate both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, delivering world-class safety compliance, inspection, and test and tag services across a variety of equipment, tools, and appliances to pinpoint defects and potential electrical hazards. Your dedication and diligence will guarantee that our customers' compliance obligations remain consistently fulfilled. Playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' equipment and workplaces, you'll have the chance to expand your expertise beyond test and tag into portable fire services after mastering the initial process. This progression not only enriches your skill set but also allows you to offer a broader range of services to our valued customers.

While regional overnight travel within both NSW and ACT for periods of 3-4 nights at a time, 2 times per month, is part of the role, it offers an opportunity for adventure and exploration in beautiful locations, while being paid to do it!

What you'll need to succeed 

You’ll display self-motivation, strong safety behaviors, clear communication skills, and personal drive to meet individual and team targets whilst providing a professional and customer focused approach. Reliability and flexibility, along with being super organised, well presented and ability to meet the physical demands of the role are essential. 

You’ll need:

• Test and Tag Certificate or ability to obtain
• White Card
• Working with vulnerable people
• AGSVA Clearance or ability to obtain
• Drivers License – preferably manual
• Current police check
• Reside within South Western Sydney area (Liverpool, CampbellTown, Camden, etc)

Experience as a Test & Tag Technician is not essential as full training and support will be provided to the right person.
