We are seeking an experienced Tester to join our Technology Delivery Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality functional testing across a range of projects and business-as-usual initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.


Working closely with the Test Lead, project teams, and stakeholders, you will develop and execute testing activities, manage risks and issues, and provide confidence in the quality and readiness of system releases.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and test reports.

  • Perform functional testing across project and BAU activities.

  • Ensure testing activities are completed to agreed standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks and issues.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.

  • Support both manual and automated testing approaches.

  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve solutions.

  • Provide clear reporting and assurance to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.

  • Build effective relationships with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.


About You


You are a proactive and detail-oriented testing professional with strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.


Skills & Experience



  • 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst.

  • Experience with Agile testing methodologies, including integration, system, acceptance, and usability testing.

  • Strong experience creating test plans, test cases, execution results, and test summary reports.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.

  • Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering project-related requirements.

  • Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.



Desirable



  • Experience testing Sitecore, Dynamics 365, or other ERP platforms.

  • Knowledge of release management practices.
