Third Party Maintenance Contracts Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of budgetary maintenance proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer and contract requirements
• Tracking and reporting of proposal status, including approvals, Purchase Orders, variations and customer feedback
• Coordinate and support the delivery of maintenance activities across third-party O&M contracts, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and schedules
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery outcomes and customer expectations
• Support cost tracking, forecasting and financial visibility of maintenance activities against budgets
• Monitor and report on operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Background

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in engineering, maintenance or a related discipline
• Experience within energy, resources, utilities or heavy industry environments
• Strong understanding of maintenance delivery and O&M contract environments
• Commercial awareness, including experience with budgeting, cost tracking and proposal development
• Strong ability to develop technical maintenance proposals, translating operational requirements into clear and commercially aligned scopes
• Highly adaptable and responsive, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic operational environment

Highly desirable:
Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint or similar workflow or automation tools
Experience supporting process or system improvements
