We are currently looking to meet with professionals who are interested in being considered for Construction Contract Administrator positions.

Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:

• Creating client and subcontractor contracts;
• Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;
• Tender response evaluation;
• Taking minutes and following up on meetings;
• Certification and payment progress claims;
• Final payments; and
• Maintaining construction documents to a high standard.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Expertise in any of the above areas;
• Strong general administration skills;
• Exceptional organisation skills;
• Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; and
• Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
