Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:

Creating client and subcontractor contracts;

Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;

Tender response evaluation;

Taking minutes and following up on meetings;

Certification and payment progress claims;

Final payments; and

Maintaining construction documents to a high standard.

We are seeking candidates with:

Expertise in any of the above areas;

Strong general administration skills;

Exceptional organisation skills;

Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; and

Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
