About The Opportunity

As a Trade Assistant/ Technician you will play a key role in performing a variety of fitting tasks to support the installation of tray and canopy packages on a variety of vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation of roof racks, fridge slides and other accessories
• Welding tasks and machine operation if trained/skilled
• Completion of install checklist and handover list
• Packing of builds for transport to other locations
• Running basic canopy wiring in vehicles
• Completing administration tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A qualification and/or relevant experience as a Trade Technician or in a similar role
• Intermediate/advanced or special fitting skills (e.g. welding & operating machines)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment
• Strong, ongoing commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent quality of work and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Manual drivers licence and forklift license
