Job Description

This position will entail complete responsibility for the Trade Drive thru and Yard business.

The role

• Driving the trade business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business


• Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business


• Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and store presentation


• Training and Development


• Rostering and performance management

Ideally you will have or be

• Prior experience in the Building & Trade sector


• A focus for safety and compliance with regulatory requirements


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store /assistant store manager role


• A passion for the hardware and building products


• Excellent Customer Service
