Trade Sales Support

About the role:

Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations, servicing customers face to face?

Our Hudson Mitre 10 team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as a Trade Sales Support on a full-time basis, based in our Wagga Wagga trade centre.

This role operates a 38-hour roster across Monday to Friday. You’ll be supporting the Branch Manager and the Trade Sales team with a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, and preparing quotes.

What you will be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders


• Preparing accurate quotes and organising delivery schedules


• Providing exceptional service at the trade counter and in the yard


• Assisting tradies or our DIY customers in the yard to ensure fast and efficient service


• Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What you will bring:

• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude


• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset


• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel


• A current forklift licence is a big plus (but not essential)


• Timber and hardware knowledge is handy but we are happy to train the right person


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
