The opportunity

Help build the engine behind Reece’s new in-house content studio.

We’re looking for a Traffic & Production Specialist to bring structure, pace and clarity to a studio built to deliver smarter, faster and more effective content at scale.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll be the person who keeps great work moving—owning the studio rhythm, connecting the right people, spotting blockers early and helping shape how the studio operates as it grows. You’ll also play a key role in introducing AI-enabled ways of working that improve speed, quality and efficiency.

What you’ll do

You’ll keep great work moving by:

• Owning studio workflow, priorities, capacity and timelines from brief to delivery

• Keeping content, creative and marketing teams aligned, on track and moving at pace

• Acting as the front door for briefs—clarifying scope, expectations and delivery needs

• Improving studio processes so work flows faster, clearer and more efficiently

• Using AI and automation to streamline traffic management and reduce manual effort

• Coordinating external production partners when extra capability is needed

About you

You’re the calm in the chaos—the person who can see all the moving parts, spot the blockers, and get everyone aligned on what matters most.

You’re highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how creative and content teams operate. You’ll bring:

• Experience in a creative studio, production, traffic or content operations role

• The ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to bring different teams together

• Hands-on experience managing traffic workflows, production schedules and delivery pipelines

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a sharp eye for efficiency and outcomes

• A solid understanding of studio production processes, tools and ways of working

• Curiosity about AI and automation, with a desire to find smarter ways to get work done
