Trainee Administration Officer - Growth-Minded Organization

We are looking for a Trainee to join our team at Equip-Safe in Welshpool. The successful candidate will be able to gain administration experience and complete a Certificate in Business. 

About your role:

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and employees
• Ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner
• Provide consistent and accurate information to students and employees
• Keep accurate and relevant records\
• Provide customer service including answering telephone enquiries and serving students
• Record necessary information in the relevant databases
• Enter archiving details and scanning
• Minute taking during meetings
• Photocopying, binding and printing resources
• Order stationery
• Keep accurate and relevant records
• Receive payments from clients

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proficient level of computer literacy (Essential)
• Completion of year 12 studies (Desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills 
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work within a team environment

Electrotechnology Training Institute Limited (ETI) supports and advances the interests of the electrical, electronic, communications, instrumentation, refrigeration and air-conditioning industry in the State of Western Australia.  ETI comprises five business units, each with a role to play in servicing the electrical industry:

• ECA – Member services that provide services to the industry 
• Electrical Group Training (EGT) – a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO)
• College of Electrical Training (CET) – a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
• Equip-Safe – a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is the business unit this role sits in. 
• ECA Legal – a separate legal firm providing legal services to ETI and its members
