Trainee Automotive F&I Business Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to learn and grow for the role of Trainee Finance & Insurance Business Manager.   Our Senior Business Manager and external finance company will work with you to ensure you are thoroughly trained in all aspects of Finance, Insurance and selling.  Going forward, our dealership has a high-volume traffic flow, creating numerous finance and insurance opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years' experience in a sales role and be eager to provide outstanding customer service.    Ultimately you will provide our customers with Finance and Insurance options to assist the buying process and actively participate in closing deals.

• Willingness to work the hours required to service all customers within the dealership (Monday to Saturday, with an RDO during the week).
