This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to start their career in IT with a professional, friendly and supportive organisation. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and highly specialised Cybersecurity organisation providing IT support. 

Applicants for this role MUST:

• Be an Australian citizen
• Not have completed any qualification higher than a Certificate 4
• Be Melbourne based and willing to work full time from our Collins St Melbourne Office
• Be willing to commit to complete a formalised traineeship

The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm at in our Collins St Melbourne Office. 

Skills and Knowledge

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint 

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism  

• Ability to take direction and be part of a team 

• Ability to multi-task, time management skills essential 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong Customer Service skills 

• Good time management skills 

• Operates with high degree of flexibility.

Traineeship

The role will form part of an accredited 12 -18 month Cert 4 in IT, encompassing study and on the job learning. Ideally, we hope that you will have gained experience and mastered the necessary skills during this time to be offered a permanent role on completion.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support IT administration tasks:

• Review internal Triskele Labs IT Infrastructure.

• Assist Triskele Labs employees and engineering team with various tasks, including daily IT needs.
