Job Description - Trainee Parts Salesperson

About the Role

:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Salesperson (Retail)  to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership . The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will be trained to perform the following:

  • Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
  • Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
  • Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
  • Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
  • Assist with stock checking and order processing
  • Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service

    • The right candidate will need the following:

  •  Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure
