Job Description - Trainee Parts Salesperson/Interpreter

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic TraineeParts Salesperson (Retail) to join our team and workprimarily from our Narellan Dealership. Thesuccessful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and awillingness to learn.

The successful candidate will be trained to perform thefollowing:

Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts andAccessories enquiries

Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) todetermine required parts.

Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and sourceparts.

Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMSsystem (ERA)

Assist with stock checking and order processing

Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high levelstandard of customer service

The right candidate will need thefollowing:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word & Outlook

Ability to work well under pressure
