Trainee Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a Trainee Production Support Specialist to join our team in Unanderra. This role involves assisting in the production and sales of wire marking and identification solutions, which are critical aspects of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of wire marking and identification products.
• Operate a CO2 Laser Engraver/Cutter and Various Printers.
• Handle sales inquiries and counter sales.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Support managers with sales-related inquiries.
• Build and strengthen key customer relationships, adding value to our existing customer base.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Electrical wholesale experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer applications, specifically MS Excel.
