Job Description - Trainee Sales Consultant

Move into full sales role within 1-6 months with fulltraining provided

Our Sales Trainees willembark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge acrossour many brands and playing a pivotal role in our first-classcustomer journey as you meet and greet new customers and learn allelements on the automotive "road to a sale".

What we are looking for:

Love of customer service with proven ability

Commitment to the automotive lifestyle (5-day week includingSaturday's and ability to rotate weekly RDO) and exceptionalreliability

Ability to become a mover and shaker in automotive sales - Youwill learn from the best in the industry, learning how to negotiatethe best deals practical and remembering that every customer haspotential. Any sales experience highly regarded

Teamwork - ability to work well with others, take on feedbackand know how to positively put into practice

Independent working - you'll need to be able to get yourself upand at your desk in the morning without someone shouting at youdrill-sergeant style

Brilliant communicator across all channels, including face toface, phone, and internet

PC and admin savvy - We don't need you to know how to code, butyou will use several different platforms and systems daily

Driving licence is essential
