Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Consultant. As a member of our team, you'll be an avid motorcycle enthusiast sharing our passion for all things Ducati & enjoy engaging with our passionate Ducati customers, becoming an integral customer focused member of our exclusive Ducati Parramatta team.

Working as a Trainee Motorcycle Sales Consultant you will be trained by the best, build and grow your confidence each step of the way! The ultimate focus is your ability to build relationships and trust, follow a defined sales process, and provide each Ducati Customer with a superior experience which results in repeat business and long-lasting relationships.

 Some of your main duties involve;

• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, 
• Achieving Sales Targets for New and Used Sales of Ducati Motorcycles.
• Follow the trusted Sales Process to achieve Maximum results from all available sales opportunities. 
• Handling & nurturing all types of sales opportunities including Internet, Phone, Walk-ins & Referrals.
• Showcasing the latest and greatest vehicles the dealership has to offer.
• Taking the time to conduct thorough & exciting product demonstrations. 
• Maximising the guest's experience to ensure positive CSI surveys.
• Work alongside a supportive team to learn & develop your skills & ability.
• Provide impeccable levels of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories.
• Communicate clearly with customers both before, during and after the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Financially Hunger, wanting to earn a 6 figure salary.
• Has a verifiable background/experience in face-to-face Sales / Customer Service
• A passion for motorcycles, especially Ducati.
• Is passionate & loves talking about all things related to Motorcycles, the bikes, parts & accessories. 
• Hold a motorcycle riders licence & is a keen rider. 
• Able to close sales deals & exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a dynamic driven attitude and strong customer relationship building & follow up skills.
• Customer focused, financially hungry with a desire and passion to succeed.
• A proven deal closer with a never say die positive proactive attitude.  
• Enjoy speaking about & selling all thing’s motorcycles, from bikes to parts & accessories. 
• Highly personable with the ability to establish immediate rapport & trust, Customers like you, want to and will buy from you.
• Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
• A team player – supportive, flexible and adaptable.
• Willing to work on Saturdays’, as we are a retail Motorcycle business.
