Your role

AutoFlip is looking for a Trainee Vehicle Buyer to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring high-quality used vehicles at favorable prices, conducting evaluations, negotiations, and maintaining market awareness to make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, popular vehicle models and customer preferences. This role will suit an applicant who is looking to work in a very energetic, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team with a shared goal of achieving sales targets and KPI’s.

What we expect from you?

• Energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity (Key to be successful in this role).

• Experience in vehicle buyer tasks.

• Confident on the phone and willing to do a high number of calls during the day.

• Excellent communication and resolution skills.

• Updated police check.

• Monday to Friday, office hours with no late nights or weekends.

• Salary base (50k - 55k) + superannuation + commissions + phone allowance + company car.
