SCOPE Institute is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our dynamic training team. We are currently hiring experienced and passionate trainers on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis to deliver the following nationally recognised, health-related courses:

• Certificate III in Pathology Collection
• Peripheral Intravenous Cannulation (IV Cannulation)
• CPR
• First Aid
• Wound Care – Foundation and Advanced Techniques

About the Role
This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals looking to work 1–3 days per week, with variable scheduling based on course demand. As a trainer, you will:

• Prepare and deliver engaging face-to-face class sessions
• Develop and assess student performance and learning outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students
• Communicate with students professionally via email and phone
• Uphold SCOPE Institute’s commitment to high-quality, standards-based education

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate both practical experience and the ability to effectively deliver educational content. Ideal applicants will possess:

• A background in health or education
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Confidence in public speaking and classroom management
• Adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles and changing schedules
• Patience, empathy, and a learner-centred approach
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry standards
