Are you highly competent and capable, with a passion for ensuring safety and excellence in Queensland's rail operations? CERT are seeking a skilled Rail Trainer & Assessor to join our Queensland team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis.
This position is required to provide quality training and assessment services which incorporate the following:
Compliance with regulatory standards.
Participation in performance evaluation and development opportunities.
High-level vocational understanding for products and services delivered.
Participation in courseware reviews including moderation and validation.
Participation in industry placement to ensure vocational currency.
This role will report to the Training Manager and collaborates closely with our Queensland Team.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act (2011);
VET Standards for RTO’s 2015 or most current; and
Jurisdictional occupational health and safety and vocational industry-related acts and regulations as they relate to the program being delivered.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
CERT Training, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited operates Australia wide and delivers nationally accredited training. Specialising in rail and infrastructure training CERT leverages extensive industry experience to deliver effective training solutions. In addition, CERT Training delivers high-risk and specialised training, ensuring compliance with state and national legislation for the transport sector.
