Training Coordinator

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join Chubb Fire & Security's Training Group team based in Salisbury (Brisbane).

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Coordinator located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and resources planning.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries.
• Develop and manage training calendars and schedules.
• Ensure all training and emergency planning activities are executed efficiently
• Collaborate with trainers and external vendors to deliver high-quality training services.

About You

• Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
• Self-Motivated 
• Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
• RTO Experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Strategic thinker 
• Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Scheduling or coordination experience required
