Training Officer Information Technology

We’re looking for an IT Trainer who can hit the ground running to support my client's upcoming tech rollout. If you have experience as an IT Trainer and can effectively create and deliver training programs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Laptop and Software Rollout: Assist in deploying laptops, Teams telephony, and Office 365.
  
• Training Needs Assessment: Interpret and act on training needs assessments to identify and address learning requirements.
  
• Gap Identification: Identify training gaps and design effective programs to address them.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and hardware rollouts.
  
• Strong skills in creating and delivering training programs.
  
• Ability to quickly understand and act on training needs assessments.
