About the role
As the Training Services Manager you will take the reins in leading a high-performing team and driving outcomes amidst a dynamic period of change management and continuous improvement. You will drive the implementation and delivery of vocational education, training, and employment programs tailored for apprentices, trainees, and their employers. In this vital community facing position, you will build meaningful relationships across both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities to raise awareness of life changing opportunities offered by TSNSW. Your work will directly empower individuals by championing specialised Aboriginal programs and connecting local community members to valuable training and career pathways.
