Training/Learning Design Specialist 8-Week Contract | Immediate start
Your new company A great opportunity to work with an organisation undergoing significant transformation, and we are currently partnering with a major enterprise embarking on a large-scale ERP Program.
Your new role As the Training/Learning Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing robust, process-aligned learning materials that support organisational readiness. Your key focus will be the development of a Training Knowledge Matrix, a foundational tool for guiding learning development, delivery, and governance.
Key Responsibilities Develop the Training Knowledge Matrix by mapping existing and required training/knowledge artefacts to validate end-to-end business processes and role requirements.
Design curriculum scenarios informed by Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) and business criticality factors.
Ensure alignment between roles, process responsibilities, and training modalities-leveraging learning personas to optimise design and delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Change Lead and Business Process Team to ensure learning solutions reflect an operational, system, and organisational context.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in designing training or learning solutions within large change or ERP programsStrong capability in mapping learning needs to business processes and role structures
Experience creating curriculum scenarios and/or training matrices
Ability to collaborate with technical, process, and change stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical approach
