Transaction Banking Manager

You will ultimately be responsible for retaining existing customers while acquiring new ones in a dedicated region or industry, working with relationship bankers and product partners who come together to front our clients with the best-in-market experiences and to achieve our goal of helping Aussie businesses succeed.

• Experience in a relationship management or business development role, ideally within payments, transaction banking or digital banking solutions


• Proven ability to acquire new customers and retain existing clients within a specific region or industry portfolio


• Background in payments, fintech, treasury, finance or consulting environments, with a strong focus on delivering customer outcomes


• Strong understanding of transaction banking or financial technology solutions, including cash flow and data management for businesses


• Demonstrated consultative selling capability, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with bankers and product partners
