About the Role A&M is continuing to expand in Australia, having grown rapidly to circa 400 professionals since we entered the market in late 2022!
Our Transaction Advisory Group are continuing to scale and enjoy the work they do. We're looking for people who are keen to be a part of this and help with enhancing our positive culture.
We currently have openings at the following levels -
- Brisbane & Sydney: Executive (Associate) through to Director level.
- Melbourne: Manager to Director
You'll be a key part of the team and deliver positive Financial Due Diligence outcomes for our clients in private equity, infrastructure, and corporate sectors.
You'll get to enjoy variety and meaningful challenges, including assessing quality of earnings, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers and collaborating with senior leaders and advisors.
What You Bring to the Team - Experience in M&A Transaction Services/ Financial Due Diligence (buy side and/ or sell side), with time spent in a Big Four environment.
- CA/ CPA qualified or working towards this if you're early in your career.
- A positive and entrepreneurial mindset, while being adaptable, collaborative and having the passion to achieve.
