Transaction Services Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading wealth management organisation, is currently looking for experienced back office professional who are keen for a positive change to join their Transaction Services team. Full company benefits and bonus participation are included.  
  
As an operations analyst, the primary responsibilities will include:
  

• Reporting
• Reconciliations.
• Executing cash payments and receipts across AUD and multi-currencies.
• Managing cash and liquidity relating to client trading activity.
• Processing managed fund trades.
• Managing settlement of all domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds and bonds)
• Processing trade amendments and cancellations.
• Monthly fee processing
• Liaising with external and internal parties.
• Adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, compliance and regulatory requirements.

  
In conjunction to the above, Participation in a number of small operational based projects will be offered.
  
Ideally the successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in a broking / funds management back office within treasury, equity settlements, managed funds or corporate actions, understand the importance of being highly organised in a time sensitive environment and have the ability to communicate across all levels in a clear and professional manner.  A strong interest / knowledge in financial markets is desirable.
