Transformation Program Coordinator

Step into a role where your coordination skills will support two high-impact streams across the business. As a Transformation Program Coordinator, you’ll work across the RACQ insurance integration office while also supporting the enterprise platform delivery to onboard RACQ into IAG systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping both streams governed, aligned, and on track both internally and with RACQ Club. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help ensure the right information flows, decisions are captured, and the most update information is being used by all. This is a great opportunity to be part of a complex, high-impact program to support RIA growth agenda, while building strong stakeholder relationships across both the internal business and the club.

This is a 12-month max term contract role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Coordinate governance activities across both organisations, ensuring packs are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on time for key forums and decision-making.

• Support the integration office and enterprise platform leads with planning, documentation, and tracking of key deliverables and milestones.

• Keep business requirements, solution designs and joint documentations organised and up to date, ensuring consistency, version control, and clear visibility across stakeholders within both organisations.

• Facilitate communication and alignment by capturing decisions, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate records of joint outcomes across both organisations.

• Manage the Change request process.

• Manager the Risk and Dependencies logs.

• Assist with UAT planning and coordination, ensuring timelines, inputs, and stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined and followed.

• Manage documentation, including storage, access, and compliance with agreed processes to support transparency and audit readiness.

What You'll Bring

• Around five years’ experience in project coordination or project management roles within complex environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across a broad and diverse stakeholder group.

• Confidence working with documentation, governance processes, and structured project delivery frameworks.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
