As a Travel Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with travel agency partners, and identifying new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant industry leader and make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify potential partners, initiate contact, and conduct meetings to present our services and partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that drive mutual growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and other partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product training sessions for travel agents and clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a travel sales or business development role, preferably within the travel wholesale industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
