Helloworld Travel Singleton - Experienced Travel Consultant 

We are looking for an experienced travel consultant to join our small dynamic team in our fast paced customer facing retail store on a full time, part time or casual basis. The business operates from Monday to Friday. 

You will be responsible for handling new enquiries / new business plus working on our extensive existing client base building trusted relationships. 

The ideal person would possess the following qualities: 

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in retail or wholesale travel
• Is experienced with mid office travel reservations systems (e.g. Travelport and Cross Check Travel) 
• Passionate about travel and making customers dreams a reality 
• Use your expertise to design personalised travel itineraries and ensure a seamless booking process 
• Engaging people skills with the ability to actively listen and sell travel products in person, over the phone and via email 
• Values a team approach and is able to share knowledge and mentor team members
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
