Leisure Team Leader and Cruise Team Leader positions available!

The perfect candidate will have passion and previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, is motivated in smashing their Sales figures and is looking to expand their skills.

Previous Leisure and Cruise Leadership experience will be highly valued - training provided for the right candidate.

Sabre required for Leisure Team Leader.

Travel Consultants with no prior leadership experience welcomed!!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of travel consultants to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and excellence in customer service.
Sales Management: Drive sales performance through effective coaching, goal setting, and performance management. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and exceed targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Share knowledge with the team and provide ongoing training to enhance their product expertise.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

The Package:

Monday to Friday
No more weekends!
